Getting to know Erica Davis

Erica Davis is co-owner of the business, along with Shelley Griffin and Sara LaFaver. Erica, Shelley and Sara became owners of the business in January of 2017, and are all very excited to grow Harcourts The Garner Group together.

As Office Manager, Erica manages general office activities at Harcourts The Garner Group and networks with other Harcourts USA affiliates on procedural matters. In 2016 Erica received the Office Administrator Award for Harcourts USA. Erica moved back to her native Central Oregon from Medford in 2003 to assume this pivotal role in the business.

She manages the procedures and coordinates the data systems involved with listing and transaction management to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in record keeping.
